Palnadu street mishap: An over-burden scaled down van smashed into a fixed truck killing 6 individuals on spot.

Amaravati: At least seven people were killed and 11 others harmed in a frightful street mishap at Rentachintala in Palnadu region of Andhra Pradesh after 12 PM on Sunday.

An over-burden smaller than expected van slammed into a fixed truck close to a power sub-station in Rentachintala, killing six individuals on the spot. One more lady capitulated while going through treatment in emergency clinic, police sources said.

The smaller than expected van was conveying something like 38 people, who were getting back from a journey to Srisailam, police said.

“We are exploring the reason for the mishap. Up to this point the cost is seven and a portion of the harmed, with genuine injuries, have been moved to Government General Hospital in Guntur for better treatment,” a police official said over telephone.

Telugu Desam Party boss N Chandrababu Naidu communicated distress over the mishap. He mentioned the public authority to stretch out help to the relaives of the dead and guarantee better treatment to the harmed.
